I have five years of experience as an RM from a prior organisation, while being relatively new to RHCS.
My responsibility within the organization is to make sure that the services are delivered to high standard, that we adhere to all statutory and legal requirements, and, most importantly, that. the services are relevant, person-centered, efficient, and responsive to allow people to stay safely in their homes safely and happily.

To ensure our customers are receiving the care and support they need and deserve and conducting assessments and reviewing our service and our customer satisfaction levels on a regular basis.
I enjoy the close contact that I have with our customers and ensuring that they are receiving the best care and support and knowing that our care is making a difference and fulfilling their lives in order for them to continue living in their own home.

My responsibility is to ensure service user navigation, management and support by coordinating with other staff members to provide quality care for every service user under their care.
